Assistant Chief Nursing Officer
Under the direction of the CNO, the ACNO will direct, assign and delegate hospital nursing activities in assigned units. In the absence of the CNO, represent the CNO in the entire scope of the CNO’s responsibilities. Demonstrated competence in the administration and management of nursing patient care service/s preferably in a private setting is desired. Proven ability to work effectively with teams and employees of all levels in a healthcare organization and experience with developing and supporting organizational goals and objectives. Previous success in developing and motivating staff, while establishing accountability to achieve strategic objectives.
Demonstrated ability for collaboration at all levels of nursing and maintaining strong relationships with physician leaders and senior management team leaders. Applicants must hold a Bachelor Degree in Nursing and a Post Graduate qualification in Nursing Management in addition to 5-7 years post-graduate experience including 2 years in a Leadership role
Employee Health Supervisor
Employee Health Supervisor assumes overall responsibility for effective and efficient health screening examinations & consultation of all current and new employees. Serves as a resource for all employees requiring medical, physical and psychological assistance or referrals.
ICU Manager
Assumes overall responsibility for effective, efficient and cost-effective operation of Critical Care Services (Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Intensive Care Unit), Directs, co-ordinates and evaluates the activities of the designated area for the purpose of maintaining optimal delivery of patient care. Coordinates the provision of safe, efficient, and economical 24 hour nursing care in the Critical Care Units (ICU and CICU) in line with established standards of care. Develops measurable improvement goals for the Critical Care Units. Implements and evaluates new and creative approaches to meeting improvement goals.
ICU Staff Nurse
A registered professional nurse who provides direct patient care and coordinates patient care-related activities using the scientific process of nursing. Nursing care given to patients admitted to the critical care units. Demonstrates cooperation, coordination and respect among individuals/departments in order to provide excellent customer service (internal and external).
OR Nurse Manager
Assumes overall responsibility for effective, efficient and cost-effective operation of the Operating Room Department. Directs, co-ordinates and evaluates the activities of the designated area for the purpose of maintaining optimal delivery of patient and customer care and utilization of the available Operating Rooms and staff.
Emergency Department Nurse Manager
Assumes overall responsibility for effective, efficient and cost-effective operation of the department. Directs, co-ordinates and evaluates the activities of the Emergency Department for the purpose of maintaining optimal delivery of patient care.
Staff Nurse, Cath Lab
A registered professional Registered Nurse who provides direct patient care and coordinates patient care-related activities using the scientific process of nursing. Nursing care given to patients admitted to the Cardiac Catheterization suite.
Registered Midwife
Direct entry, Diploma or BS in Midwifery or equivalent, Western trained/educated, at least 3 years post graduate experience in Midwifery including labour and delivery.
Senior Midwife
To liaise, assist and interact with Head Nurse in acquiring a safe, people friendly, professional atmosphere in the unit to enhance a productive healthy working environment. Functions as a primary source for assistance and guidance on clinical issues to the Nursing Staff and assumes overall responsibility for the unit in the absence of the Head Nurse.
PACU Staff Nurse
Western trained/educated and Far eastern required, at least 3 years post graduate experience in PACU.
STANDARD BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL NURSING POSITIONS
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing – duration of study is not less than three academic years from Western Accredited Institution
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Midwifery – duration of study is not less than 3 academic years from Non-Western Accredited Institution
At least three (3) years of recent post-graduate med/surg nursing experience.
Current home country license to practice nursing
High Secondary School Certificate
BLS certification
Private hospital experience desirable
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Exposure to / experience of customer service principles
Minimum requirement of 2 years experience as Registered / Staff Nurse in the Specialty area you are applying for

High Secondary School Certificate
Active BLS certification
Copy of the backside on the degree certificate ( for applicants having Afghanistan, Egyptian & Pakistani degrees/certificates)
Certificate of Authenticity and Verification (CAV) for applicants who have studied in Philippines
Name change certificate, if applicable (Marriage certificate, affidavit, any legal document, etc.)
